To do this we aim to provide a well organised event, run by experts and using state of the art equipment to ensure fair competition and a smooth running time-table. We understand that drivers have varying amounts of experience racing under CIK-FIA regulations and we aim to provide a supportive atmosphere for all levels of experience and ability.
As RGMMC’s motto indicates we seek to contribute to motorsport, ensuring that the sport has a positive future for those people who are as passionate about it as we are.
With a wealth of experience spanning some 40 years in sales, marketing and sponsorship Roland is able to combine his passion for motorsport with a pragmatic business approach, which led to the creation of RGMMC Establishment as one of the most respected event management companies to exist in the world of karting.
Married to a racing enthusiast, mother to two karters and former administrator/organiser of a kart team Lynn has always been vital in managing those behind-the-scene processes that lead to a smooth and enjoyable race. From her time with a kart team Lynn is sympathetic to the highs and lows of the sport and is always on hand to assist.
From driver to Formula and GT Racing engineer and later a Race Team Manager and Owner he has developed a deep practical experience and understanding from every side of the sport. James is now concentrating his efforts on following in his father’s footsteps to further develop his skills in motorsport management and business.
